Radio host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has claimed to have discovered FEMA Concentration Camps. He announced that there are over 800 currently prison camps in the U.S., all fully operational, staffed and surrounded by full-time guards, and ready to receive prisoners. But strangely, all of them are empty!
These camps were established during the Bush administration. They are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented or some other type of “emergency” occurs. All it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, initially created by Presidential Order on April 1, 1979. The primary purpose of FEMA is to coordinate the response to a disaster that has occurred in the United States and that overwhelms the resources of local and state authorities. The governor of the state in which the disaster occurs must declare a state of emergency and formally request from the president that FEMA and the federal government respond to the disaster. FEMA also provides these services for territories of the United States, such as Puerto Rico.
Is the construction of FEMA or “prison” camps within US borders a warning to make an example of those who do not show compliance or are they a means to filter out the “undesirables”, those who the government feel haven’t the genetical or economical prowess to contribute to the new world point of view which is on the way?
What are these facilities? They are obviously not hallucinations as there is photographic evidence of them all over the place and no government representative wants to give a straight answer about these camps but they all seem quite uneasy about discussing it. Isn’t that a little suspect? Millions and millions of dollars are being spent on these camps in plain sight, yet the public has no idea what the camps are for.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.
Conspiracy theorists are having a field day postulating their views on these camps. Normally most people would just brush off conspiracy theories as hearsay or a figment of someone’s imaginations. But in the case of these FEMA camps, the absence of official government explanation is reason to be cause for alarm. Is the US heading towards becoming a police state? Or is “undesirable human being” doomed to be weeded out from our future world?
